About lisa
Lisa Rephlo is a seasoned project management professional with over 20 years of experience leading complex initiatives across energy, engineering, and nonprofit sectors. As a consultant, she helps organizations build and optimize their Project Management Offices (PMOs), select and implement the right project management tools, and develop policies, procedures, and training programs that elevate team performance. Her approach blends strategic insight with hands-on expertise, ensuring that every solution is tailored to the organization’s unique goals and culture.
With a background in mechanical engineering and an MBA in finance and business economics, Lisa brings both technical rigor and business acumen to her work. She’s passionate about helping teams close capability gaps, improve delivery outcomes, and create sustainable systems for project success.
As Senior Director of Project Management at GTI Energy, Lisa Rephlo led efforts to develop and steward policies, protocols, best practices, and tools to support sound, efficient, timely, and cost-effective management of projects. She collaborated with business areas leaders and other managers to determine appropriate personnel competencies and staffing, utilization, and expense levels.


Previously, she served as the Director of Program Management at Woodward, a manufacturer of fuel systems and control products for natural gas, hydrogen, and ammonia fueled vehicles. Her experience spans project and program management, consulting, construction, operations, IT, and engineering roles in energy and sustainability as the Executive Director of the Colorado Clean Energy Cluster, a VP at Stantec, and various roles at ComEd/Exelon. Lisa is a certified PMP and earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Lisa loves all things bicycles and lives in Fort Collins, CO, with her three dogs (lab/cattle dog, Australian shepherd & Pomeranian/chihuahua).
